A. Filling Vacancy of Coordinator of Architectural Services Position – (Action)
Executive Director Neptune respectfully requests that the Personnel Committee approve the hiring/moving of Shannon Driver, Executive Assistant, to fill the upcoming vacancy of Coordinator of Architectural Services, effective January 10, 2026. This recommendation is due to the retirement of current Coordinator of Architectural Services, Angie Bradley, effective December 30, 2025.

Pending approval, Executive Director Neptune respectfully requests that the Personnel Committee recommend approving this recommendation to the Full Authority at the main quarterly meeting.
